gun cabinet

It has a new month on a test of 5 years. We have a family member to move from his home and needs help with a huge cabinet of the gun. It 's full of guns. Should I go remove all these guns and toglierseli the property? Before it touches the case of gun? I was told if gain of someones inside the car and had a pistol under the seat legal and were arrested and tried for some reason, the criminal could be thrown into prison just for being nell'automobile with the gun, even though the did not know anything. Thanks Kelly

Without going into all the specifics recommend simply find someone else to help you move. Otherwise, you 're asking the difficulties.

I wouldn 't. I have a friend? the U.S. Marshall and confirmed that. It 's called constructive possession. It 's not just having the gun on his person, a criminal can not? have any kind of access to a weapon. He said that if you are a criminal and goes to someone else 'the house if they have a gun in a cupboard and even if the criminal doesn' t know at this point, what can? still be enough to get arrested. If all rimuoveste pistols from the case, then there would be no issue of constructive possession and all that he was moving an empty case.

Your friend can help to move the gun cabinet, until there are guns everywhere around him. I don 't know what condition you' the king inside, but the law in VA is not that all criminals can not be around guns, can not record or use just one. The only time can not be around if there is a crime for a domestic event. Just to be safe, take away the guns away.

I do not see what the big thing?, I have a companion with a crime 25 years ago and go deer looking every year ……. how can? get a deer if Blunt has a gun? To me it seems like a legal sense torment and grab pi? money from ordinary Joes to support a legal sytem bent. I can see some logic, but in others, affront, the other just grab the money.

Let start by saying I respect the fact that you are concerned about these persons' welfare and his freedom in society. I think you should still remove the guns to be on the safe-side. But this is an emotional not a legal issue. I think as long as he or she is not treating those articles (ie - pistols nell'armadietto) for his own personal use, everything should be fine. As driving nell'automobile with guns go, I think that he or she should not be in the same car of the guns, because if he or she is on trial in the condition of Texas should not be about anything that may violate its terms the test. Just to be safe side, please be sure to remove anything from the vehicle that could threaten its security or freedom.
