gun cabinet

hello all, I have a great cabinet of French oak for 40 years with an old jukebox constructed within it. I want to restore the oak cabinet and need suggestions. I have done in the past, the opening of the oak antique object to use on this but I have not really the gradetto gaze. so today I removed all the paint out from the cabinet through a compressed air gun to warm and then I frosted the entire affair with an electric sanders and parts by hand. so now im has gone down with completely frosted all'armadietto oak grain. tomorrow im either go more lubricated and stain or paint your needs so types of suggestions. I'm personally thinking just to get an old oil and oil the cabinet and leave it at that, what u think?

I 'tung oil use d on it. Especially because it 'oak s and I love the oak! Formby 's a good tung oil and it' s available at Wal-Mart stores and some hardware / paint. My husband refinishes furniture for a hobby and that 's all you use. Comes in two types; luster of heaven and earth. That 'personal decision of S.A. but for most of the parties Gradica luster low. The Original tung oil was used to protect the stock of the gun. It 's great for wood, easy to apply and more coats that look better place above. As my husband says if one part is "done" is observed through and see if the surface is smooth with no points dry, it 's done. And one of the best things about the tung oil is that you can very easily make a repair if you get a scratch! Lucidila down with just some steel wool or sandpaper, and you can fill the zone harmful and finish with a coat over the entire area.
