Worlds View on the New US President, and Who is in the Cabinet?

Googled in search of the list, but all that gets is a bunch of 'prediction' lists - Chamfer seem to find the list with the REAL REAL cabinet. There is like 100 on the Web that lists had different people in different positions, kind of hard to find the correct one? seconds The question is more so aimed at the non-USA: What is your opinion of caserna Obama?
